I always see those kind of tips always as try outs. People should listen to their body – always. Everything else is stupid. I have good results with some of those tipps

At least you only hurt yourself if you do malnutrition. And compared to the heaps of misogynic shit postet on most of the soups around, I see my food posts as a less of a problem.

After all I have no idea, which post you are talking about ^^
